Experience

Stealth Startup — Software Consultant (2025–present)

Migrated the platform from no-code/low-code tools and Java microservices to a serverless event sourcing architecture on AWS. Built an embeddings-based search engine over unstructured data, updated weekly via automated scrapers. Helped form and mentor the engineering team through the transition.

file.dentist — Founder (2024–present)

Built and launched a SaaS platform for dentists and dental labs. Secure file sharing for 3D scans, digital prescriptions, real-time chat, and a custom Blender plugin.

Macai — Co-founder & CTO (2021–2023)

Designed and built the entire technical platform from scratch. 6 services, event-driven on AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge, SQS). CQRS and DDD across all services. Platform scaled to 2,500 orders/month, 70 employees, €7M ARR. AWS Summit speaker 2022.

brumbrum — Tech Leader & DevOps Lead (2016–2021)

First engineer. Designed and scaled the platform from zero to 10M API calls/day and 50K req/min. Kept infrastructure costs under €100K/year through caching layers, async processing, and right-sized compute. Company acquired for €80M. AWS Summit speaker 2021.

Cegalin Group — Solo Developer (2014–2016)

Sole engineer for a hotel facility management company with 600+ hotels and 3,000 employees. Replaced fully paper-based operations with a complete digital ecosystem: mobile app for field staff (activity tracking, check-in, issue reporting), custom Linux distribution for on-premise terminals (shift planning, room assignments), real-time dashboards for hotel managers, and automated weekly/monthly KPI reporting.
